Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited is an AIM-quoted (AIM: CGH) gold mining company which owns the Kapan operating mine in Armenia as well as the Tulkubash and the Kyzyltash Gold Projects in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Company has been through a full-scale turnaround in the last 18 months, developing a vision and strategy, establishing a new, majority independent, Board, completely changing its management team, completing its first M&A deal and transforming the Company from developer to producer.

Chaarat is making rapid progress in pursuit of its stated strategy. Less than a year after new management took charge, Chaarat acquired the Kapan mine in Armenia, transforming the company from a developer to a producer in a single step.

Chaarat’s Board and management are deeply invested in the Company and their interests are fully aligned with shareholders. More than 40 per cent of the Company is owned by the management and Chairman with an incentive programme entirely paid in locked-in shares and options.

Chaarat has focused on deploying a mix of financing solutions to fund its development resulting in minimal equity dilution to shareholders.
