Since the first day of the outbreak of the new coronavirus epidemic in the world, the management of “Chaarat Kapan”, CJSC has been focusing on public health and employee safety with the aim to implement various programs in Kapan community.
This initiative is important for Kapan community. The company has acquired a new type of coronavirus diagnostic 2019 COV IgG/IgM rapid tests, which gratuitously were given to Kapan Medical Center. They will be used both for community residents and company employees when necessary.
As explained by Director of the Medical Center Karen Melkonyan, it will be possible to prevent the spread of the infection with the rapid tests.
“Chaarat Kapan has once again come up with an important initiative for these days, which we are grateful for. This support will be a great solution for our community residents in the process of implementing activities aimed to maintaining public health,” – said Karen Melkonyan.
The rapid tests provide 92% accuracy. Patients with symptoms will be checked fist with the rapid tests to prevent further virus spread in the hospital. The tests will be available at Kapan Clinic and Hospital for free of charge to residents with symptoms of coronavirus.
“Syunik Regional Neurological Dispensary” CJSC has also been provided with rapid tests.
The company will keep sourcing and providing more tests to the Medical Center.
The Management of Chaarat will continue pay very high level attention to prevent the spread of the epidemic and on the health and safety of employees.
